We want you to love your Shona Joy pieces, which is why we offer a 21-day return window for all full-priced items. Please ensure garments are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, an exchange for a different size, or a 110% store credit.
Package and Post
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, securely package your items in their original packaging, and drop the parcel at your nearest postal hub.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund or credit to be processed.
